Order Changes & Exchanges

Please review your order carefully before completing checkout, including size, design, quantity, and shipping details.

As our products are made to order under a print-on-demand (POD) model, we are unable to offer changes or exchanges once production has started.

If you need to cancel an order, you may do so within 6 hours of placing the order, provided production has not begun. After this period, the order may already be in production or shipped.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 6 hours of purchase.

If a cancellation request is submitted after this time, we cannot guarantee cancellation as the order may already be in production or shipment.

A 10% cancellation fee may apply to cover processing and transaction costs.

Return & Refund Eligibility

Because our products are custom-made, we only accept returns or issue refunds in the following situations:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective
  • The received item is incorrect (wrong product, size, or design)
  • The item does not match the product description

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

Returned items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Be returned in original condition and packaging
  • Have original tags attached (if applicable)
  • Show defects caused by production or fulfillment errors

Minor variations, loose threads, or small print placement differences that do not affect usability are not considered defects.

How to Request a Return or Refund

Please email [email protected] with:

  • Your order number
  • Proof of purchase
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • A brief explanation of the problem

Our support team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
Returns or refunds require prior approval.

Return Shipping

If a return is approved due to our error (damaged or incorrect item), return shipping instructions will be provided.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is caused by our mistake.

Refund Processing Time

Once an approved return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 2 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Depending on your bank or card provider, refunds may take 7–15 business days to appear.

Important Notes

  • This policy applies only within the stated timeframes
  • Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted
  • Rakubase is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments
  • Orders are considered final once accepted outside the eligibility window
