5. PRODUCTS & PRINT-ON-DEMAND MODEL
Rakubase operates under a print-on-demand (POD) model. Products are custom-made after an order is placed.
Due to the nature of POD, returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy, which covers damaged, defective, or incorrect items only.
Product images and colors are displayed as accurately as possible, but slight variations may occur due to screen differences.
6. BILLING & PAYMENT INFORMATION
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and contact information.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe, PayPal, and Airwallex. Rakubase does not store full payment card details.
Rakubase reserves the right to cancel or limit orders when required for fraud prevention or regulatory compliance. Customers will be notified when applicable.
