Order cancellation
You can cancel your order for a full refund within 6 hours of placing it. After 6 hours your sweater is usually already in production, so the order can no longer be cancelled or changed. To cancel, contact us through our Contact page or at [email protected] with your order number.
30-day guarantee for defective items
If your item arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will give you a full refund or a free replacement, whichever you prefer. This also covers receiving the wrong item.
How to request a refund

- Include your order number and clear photos showing the problem.
- We review your request and reply with the next steps.
- Approved refunds are sent to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take several business days to show the credit.
Made-to-order items
Each sweater is made to order, so we are not able to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or an incorrect size selection. Please check the size chart before ordering.
