Processing and delivery times
Every Rakubase sweater is made to order, so your order is made first and then shipped.

These times are estimates, not guarantees. November and December are the busiest months for USPS, so please order early if you need your sweater for a party or for Christmas. If you need your order by a specific date, contact us before ordering.

Order tracking
You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. You can also check its status on our Order Tracking page.
Shipping address
Please double-check your address at checkout. If you need to correct it, contact us within 6 hours of ordering through our Contact page or at [email protected]. We cannot be responsible for packages sent to an address that was entered incorrectly.
Delays, lost or damaged packages
Carrier delays can happen, especially during the holidays. If your tracking has not updated for several days, or your package arrives damaged or is marked delivered but has not arrived, contact us and we will help sort it out with the carrier.
International orders
Any customs fees, import duties or local taxes charged at delivery are the responsibility of the customer.
