Processing takes 3-5 business days. Shipping within the US by USPS takes 5-7 business days, and may take an extra 5-7 days in November and December. Worldwide shipping takes 10-20 days.

Order as early as you can. The holiday season is the busiest time for USPS, and delays of an extra 5-7 days are common. If you need it by a specific date, contact us before ordering.

Yes. Worldwide shipping takes 10-20 days. Customs fees or import duties, if any, are paid by the customer.

Yes, within 6 hours of ordering. After that your sweater is already in production.

If it is defective or damaged, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos and we will refund or replace it. See our Refund & Returns Policy.

Turn it inside out, wash cold on a gentle cycle, and lay flat or hang to dry. Avoid high heat and do not iron directly on the design.
